  The Grooming Salon

We provide a personalised Grooming Service, where we offer
one-on-one attention with each of our four legged visitors. 

Each appointment takes between 1 - 2 hours depending on the style and condition of the coat.  Unfortunately we can not offer an all day sitting service as we are cage free and OHS&W laws require us to cage the dogs if we have too many dogs for the space allocated. 

We do not use cages at any time during the grooming session.
A statement you can trust as we have no cages anywhere on the premises.
*therefore we do not Cage dry*

We do not sedate dogs under any circumstances. 
We provide water and treats (if you are happy for us to do so). 
Medications, sedatives and treatments are the Vet's domain.

Our connecting door to the grooming area is always open allowing visual access to our process and further supporting our guarantee that your dog is in safe, caring and honest hands.

We are happy to refund for change of mind, however, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our consumables or shampoo range.  Please note: additional postage will be incurred for exchanges where applicable.
