*Mobile grooming experience gone horribly wrong*

Thank you so much for grooming our gorgeous Sassi today.

I was appalled at her last groom, so fortunately I brought her to you to fix her up.

I really appreciate the service I have received in the past and especially today! You were extremely patient in working out a new appointment time for me.

I’m sure her experience would have been far more pleasant with you in comparison. She looks gorgeous again and smells divine….

Re: Full trimming of our dog Harry

Dear Karen,

Just an official word of thanks from our family to the superb effort and professionalism you have demonstrated to both myself and also our family pet Harry. (a very long haired Maltese Pomeranian)

I have taken Harry to over 6 different Pet Groomers over the years, all which have been unsuccessful in clipping him due to his aggressive nature. Most of them suggested that I use the services of a Vet to sedate him thus giving them the ability to provide a full clipping treatment.

Harry’s coat has become totally unmanageable over the last year or so and the rear portion of his body was covered in fur mats all over. I found Oscar’s on Unley on the internet after searching "Sedating Dogs for Clipping” and after reading about the service they provide I decided to give them a call to ask advice on our situation.

Amanda was most understanding on the phone and suggested bringing Harry in for an assessment and was most confident that she could perform the work that was required.

The service, attention to detail and full animal interaction saw Harry being clipped without any sedation what so ever. After we left the shop Harry’s demeanor instantly transformed into a totally new dog, full of confidence and he paraded around like a Lady at the Melbourne Cup on Oaks day.

I whole heartedly recommend and endorse the services and professionalism of "Oscar’s on Unley” and in future will only use their superb services.

Kate here (cooper the sheltie) was in this morning. I am soooooooooooooooo happy with your work and mostly that he is so happy and relaxed too. I really appreciate it. I love him to bits and now I have two young children he is third in line L So what you did helped me out so much.
